BrookingHarper worked closely with Patek Philippe and The Hour Glass to deliver the first stand alone Patek Philippe boutique in Australa.

Located in a heritage building in Collins Street, Melbourne, the boutique spans 3 levels of retail, VIP, hospitality and exhibition space. It is the largest boutique for the brand internationally.

BrookingHarper prepared a Pre-Concept Design Report for the building fitout, prepared supplementary, local documentation and coordinated the fitout with Barrett Group (General Contractor) and Kingwood (Production Partner). Working with Ceschino (Project Management), we supported the approvals, certification and services coordination process.
